All request for refunds / exchanges must be Emailed to us at oceanstate1@hotmail.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours. No returns will be accepted without a return number. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Because these covers are custom made, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to help cover the cost of materials. We are not responsible if you send us the wrong tire size. Please be sure to check the size of the spare tire, because sometimes the size on the spare tire is different then the size of the tires mounted on the vehicle.
